Lifetime Warranty
All CASOMAN tools meet or exceed ANSI performance standards and come with a Standard Limited Lifetime Warranty. If a tool ever fails due to defects in material or workmanship, we will replace it. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or modifications.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as received

Unused and uninstalled

In original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return

If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
EU & UK Consumers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without giving a justification. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
